What to include
If you are reporting a wrong postal code, these details help us work out what happened:
- The postal code the site returned, and the one you expected.
- Roughly where you were — a street or neighbourhood is plenty, not an exact address.
- The device and browser you used.
Please do not send us precise coordinates or anything sensitive. We do not need it, and we would rather not hold it.
Privacy requests
If you want to ask what data relates to you, or ask for it to be deleted, use the same address and say so in the subject line. The privacy policy sets out what is actually held, which is very little by design.
